Invite your agronomist, operator or accountant by email. They work in your farm, not a copy of it, with their name on what they save. You choose Hidden, View or Edit for each tab, and changes reach them within a minute.

Anyone you invite can see all of the farm’s data. The tab settings decide which screens they get and what they can change, so invite people you trust with it. Remove someone and they are out.

Never used to train general-purpose AI models, ours or anyone else's. Your records belong to you; your paddock results help tune PaddIQ's own recommendations only if you switch the Response Bank on.

Then only paddock results go, under a random code: no names, paddock keys, boundaries or exact locations. Once enough farms in your rainfall zone share, they help tune PaddIQ's recommendations there. Other farms never see your rows. Switch it off and they are deleted.
- Your team gets the screens you choose.
Hidden, View or Edit for each tab, per person. Anyone you invite can see the farm's data, so invite people you trust with it.
- Take all of it with you, any time.
Download everything: your records, settings and the documents you uploaded, in one zip. Delete the account and your farm data, files and sign-in are removed.

Is there an app?
PaddIQ runs in the browser and installs to your home screen like an app, no app store needed. iPhone: open paddiqag.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen. It opens full-screen with the PaddIQ icon and works on a weak signal.
Step-by-step in the help guideDo I need John Deere?
No. Boundaries can be drawn on the map or uploaded as KML, KMZ, GeoJSON or a shapefile, harvest results come in from any yield, protein or grade spreadsheet (a CBH delivery download, your own sheet), and passes are ticked off from the plan as they are done or typed in. Everything else works the same. With John Deere Operations Center connected, a tap of Sync brings boundaries, passes and maps in for you.
Who owns the data?
You do. Everything you enter stays in your account and syncs across your devices. Export a backup file whenever you like: it holds your records, paddocks and boundaries, plans, prices, machinery, inventory and settings. Download everything adds your account’s own records and the invoices and documents you uploaded, in one zip. Delete the account and your farm data, uploaded files, team and sign-in are removed. We keep only the record that you accepted the terms, and copies in our host’s routine backups expire on their own.
Your farm. Your data.Does it work without signal?
Yes. The app keeps the farm on the device and syncs when it is back in range, so a record logged in the cab lands when you reach the shed.
Which soil labs are read?
PCT exports and any spreadsheet with a paddock column, with the CSBP and Nutrient Advantage layouts recognised too, plus a PDF or a photo of a report. Every column is shown for checking before anything is saved, and units are converted for you.
Where do the imagery and terrain layers come from?
Satellite biomass from Sentinel-2, soil colour from Geoscience Australia’s Barest Earth, gamma radiometrics from the national grid, elevation from your own header’s receiver, and yield and as-applied maps from Operations Center. All are free to you.
Data sources & licencesCan my agronomist or operator use it?
Invite them by email. You choose which tabs each person sees and whether they can edit, and changes apply within a minute. Anyone you invite can see all of the farm’s data — the tab settings control the screens they get and what they can change, so invite people you trust with it.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access. When paid plans start you will be told the price and terms at least 30 days before any charge, and you can stop using PaddIQ before one applies.
Terms, section 7Is it agronomic advice?
No. PaddIQ’s rates, balances, forecasts and margins are decision support worked out from your own records. Check rates and uses against the current label and, where you normally would, with your agronomist.
